Vrat ke Aalu (Meal for fasting)

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4-5 Medium-sized boiled Potatoes
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Puvi Cold Pressed Groundnut Oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Rock salt as per taste

PREPARATION:
  • Peel the boiled potatoes & cut them into small chunks.
  • In a pan, heat 1 tbsp Puvi cold-pressed groundnut oil.
  • Add cumin seeds in the oil & let it splutter.
  • Now add chopped green chillies & fry f0r 10 seconds on low heat.
  • Add boiled potatoes & rock salt. Mix and fry for 5-10 minutes on medium heat.
  • When the potatoes are golden brown from all sides, switch off the flame & add chopped coriander leaves.
  • Add lemon juice & savour your fasting meal with curd.
