INGREDIENTS: • 3 Large potato • 4 cup cold water for rinsing • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder • ½ tsp salt• Puvi Coldpressed Groundnut oil for frying
PREPARATION: • Peel the skin of the large potato. Use large potatoes to get good slices. • Thin slice the potatoes. • Transfer the potato slices to a large bowl and add chilled water. • Rinse well and spread on a kitchen towel. • Rub off the excess water to prevent oil splattering. • Introduce the sliced potatoes into hot Puvi groundnut oil. • Stir and fry on medium flame. Keep frying until crispy. • Drain off the chips into a colander. • Add 1 tsp chilli powder and ½ tsp salt. • Toss and mix well.
