Schezwan Sauce Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups dried red chillies
- ¼ cup Puvi Cold Pressed Sesame Oil
- ¼ cup finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt to taste
