INGREDIENTS:• 1 cup sabudana
• 2 boiled & mashed potatoes
• ½ cup peanuts roasted & crushed
• ½ tsp ginger paste
• 1 tsp cumin / jeera
• 1 chilli finely chopped
• 2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
• ½ tsp salt• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Puvi cold pressed coconut oil for frying
• Take 1 cup sabudana and soak it with enough water for 3 hours.
• Drain off the water and rest for 30 minutes.
• Take the soaked sabudana in a large bowl.
• Add 2 potatoes and ½ cup peanuts.
• Add ½ tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp cumin, 1 chilli, 2 tbsp coriander and ½ tsp salt.
• Mix and mash well with your hand.
• Prepare vada by deep frying or fry in appe pan.
